I have seen a few Mexican flags, but nothing about "pro wall". I never heard of them, but at first blush, I would suspect these might be Trump supporters engaged in performance art.

Its not uncommon to see Mexican flags in California, and it's no different than flying Italian, British or Irish flags in other parts of the country as a show of national heritage and ethnic pride. Its really no big deal, but it sure seems to affect bigots more than others.
