Been there, live it...

Add a, "Flop - Belly Scratch - Meeenow", at the bottom of the stairs, and this is basically my bathroom dance with Harry when I'm trying to use the bathroom. Every. Time. lol

Bless his heart.

My sweet Harry trying to entice me to go downstairs for cuddle time by exhibiting his awesome hunting skills by killing his favorite ribbon, "snake". I of course make the appropriate, "Big deal". Every. Time.

had rescued a semi-feral mom cat who had her kittens under the pool deck and convinced me to adopt a Manx from that litter, sight unseen. I took on the Manx problems, because I doubted the average person answering the ad would not.

I then chose to add another little sweetie... I rescued Harry from a family with three little girls who'd cut off all his whiskers. I couldn't leave without him.

Here he is on his first week home-

What's not to like?

I was allergic to cats many years ago after I found mine frozen/dead when I was young. Or maybe I was just allergic.

I'm thinking about it.

I wipe down our two with a damp cloth and/or brush daily, that helps. What really kicks my allergy ass, is spring and our cats together. Oh man.

There are some days my eyes and nose run like a waterfall, embarrassing so, but yeah, still totally worth it.
