Com'on. At least you have to put Jerry a rung or two above these guys.

Sure, he hired a hooker while he was boy wonder mayor of Cincinnati.
Sure, he paid with a personal check.
Sure, the check bounced.
Sure, he had to resign as mayor.

But, and this is what differentiates him from the current GOP, his first response when questioned about it was something like "Yeah - I did it...what's your point?". No denials. None of this "they're" lying or trying to pass the buck. In fact, the local folklore is that his first reaction was something like "shit - I knew I shouldn't have tried to bounce a check". LOL

And then, he got re-elected in a landslide.

I'm not sure what that say about my fellow Cincinnatians. All I can do is report it since I wasn't here in 74 when he got re-elected.

And, as they say, the rest is history.
