German investigators have gained access to internal documents of ISIS. It turns out, ISIS makes prospective employees fill out a questionnaire.
There has been a major data-leak, where western intelligence got its hands of thousands of these documents. The german Federal Bureau of Crime thinks that they are authentic. The documents are now being used to un-earth hidden ISIS-agents.
