They ask him the toughest questions and so far he's the only one they've shown clips on to show his inconsistency, etc. But the ting is I think it's all going to backfire.

(67,103 posts)they present him with hardcore truthful facts. Far too often he yells, screams and insults ... and people back off. It's, of course, his deflection shield.

(24,725 posts)On to Trump U and the D- rating, which Trump says was an A...
Megyn not backing down on the rating. Woo hoo! Reading the Appellate Court decision to him! Calling him a con artist.
Now Trump shifting to his personal insults and name0calling, because he was caught lying on national TV. Psycho. Trump looks like a lunatic!

(67,103 posts)going on. I'm not a Trump fan, and all of them are horrible, but at least people are starting to get it, all the shenanigans and propaganda. It's a start.

(19,559 posts)It's an obvious attempt by them to eviscerate him.
They could be playing clips of either Rubio or Cruz lying just as easily, but they're not. Instead they're singling out Trump in an attempt to take him out at the knees!
It's clear Megyn Kelly is the winner here tonight.

(2,388 posts)They think Trump did "pretty well". And they don't think his supporters will care
one way or the other. They said he did falter on the Trump University thing suggesting
he shouldn't be so spontaneous but should prepare more
and anticipate the barrage. And they said Cruz kind of sat back and tried to look more
mature and presidential, with Rubio as the attack dog. But they said the 'real' adult
in the room with the most experience was Kasich, but he just doesn't have enough
time or media attention to get a big enough following. So nothing seems changed
by this debate. They basically concluded that the GOP is dead any way they play it, but especially if they attempt some back room shenanigans and interfere with the people's choice.
Haha!

(1,587 posts)Get the idiots warmed up, feeling frisky, and then start tearing him down so they can only go the way TPTB want, which in my opinion is towards Rubio (I guess Cruz will help by snorting boogers).
The trick is, to not let it happen too soon, or the rubes will fail to show up at the polls. Which is why they want Hillary as our nominee. The Republicans will vote for anybody with an R, to vote against her.

(28,552 posts)... that the Rep establishment cannot understand the monster they themselves created. Republican voters do not need any kind of logical consistency to fix on a candidate.
Everyone knows Trump is full of shit, they simply don't care because all of them are.

(384 posts)The more candidates Fox and others knock down, the more it's going to work in the Democrats' advantage come November.
