Eliminate the mandate and the insurers will deny covering people with pre-existing conditions. Without the mandate, people would not buy insurance until they needed it.

Well, that's the focus of or mentioned in four paragraphs.

Then then's the "plan" - and you'll never guess what it begins with.

That's right - REPEAL OBAMACARE!!

Let's see . . . sell insurance across state lines. Oh, yeah, that'll really help.

Medicaid block grants. Uh . . .

Health Savings Accounts - even better!

Allowing pharmaceutical imports and deductibiliy of premiums - actually not bad ideas, but they'll never ever ever ever ever EVER FUCKING HAPPEN if Republicans are involved at any level.

I think that's about it.
