Seldom has a Presidential candidate during the

General election inspired me or supported my goals completely. Maybe never, really. Since 1968, though, I have voted for and campaigned for the Democratic candidate. Not as the lesser of two evils, but the better candidate and the one more likely to do the right thing.

2016 will be no different. The Democrat will once again be far better than the Republican. So the Democrat will get my support and my vote, along with every other Democrat on my ballot. I've seen the difference between our parties since 1960.

We still have just two parties. The candidate of one will win. There is a difference. I vote for the difference, not for perfection. I'll never see perfection, because it doesn't exist. So I vote for the better option in each election for each office.

That is what I have done and will do. Others will do as they choose. I hope the better candidate - the Democrat - wins. I have just one vote. You have just one, too. Please use it wisely.

Thanks for reading this.

Our leaders are as good as the people. We can't expect perfect if we aren't perfect.

I have to say that both this time and last time (Obama and Clinton) I think our side has two excellent candidates and I'll be very happy if one of them, either one...wins.

Anybody who calls themselves a democrat and doesn't vote because their choice wasn't the candidate is voting for the republican. Suck it up...and vote for the Dem regardless of who it is.

I will vote for the Democratic candidate. This is no issue for me.

Not only is the Supreme Court at stake, but also the 2020 census. We need to counteract the gerrymandering. I'm not advocating for the Democrats to stack the deck. I'm hoping for legislation to guide us toward fairness for all citizens. That is democracy.
