Evil has left the building?
It’s ridiculous and cruel to impose eighteenth-century values on people living in the debunked, corrupt, savage capitalism of our era. What about the major ethical lapses of the supreme monarchs?
Evil will not leave the building until major ethical rules are imposed on the justices/monarchs (and their families?) Liberals must come up with a philosophy to strongly counter the “constitutional originalism” that impose ideas from over two hundred years ago on three hundred million people today. Yes, there is the “living constitution” idea, but so far it has not made it clear that “originalism” is madness. I dream of a day when all people will laugh at the proposition of "constitutional originalism."
Oh, if we don’t follow the original intent of the constitution, the aristocrats will be harmed when “judicial activism” changes the rules. Give me a break! We are living in a terrible situation that must be changed. Father Time is leading the revolution. Let’s win this time. End the nonsense of the Reich wing.
