Do you remember the kilted lawyer at Larry Sinclair's press conference?

Same guy

Sinclair arrested, and other notes from the Press Club

Montgomery Blair Sibley, whose law license has been suspended, explained why he was wearing a kilt by saying that it was more comfortable for "those of us on the other side of the genital spectrum."

He did a few wacky things.

I think he's effectively permanently suspended as a lawyer for all the frivolous lawsuits against judges. Seems to be a fetish. I haven't read his complaint but usually there's no merit to them - they're silly.
