or are you just trying to get others to screw with the many for the actions of a few?

What if they were Muslim tracts and right wingers were suggesting this?

that promoted such ideas. I've never been harmed by sitting through a church service, despite being an atheist. These days, they're mostly weddings and funerals, but I have no problem being in a church.

Somewhere, there are churches that think these "money tracts" are a good idea. I disagree with them. So, if you know of one here in the Twin Cities, I'll go there one Sunday and drop a neatly folded one in the collection plate and write on the back, "Pintobean sent me." How does that sound?

I have a couple places that would be candidates for this locally by the way.

I'm not a Christian. While I think that some of Jesus' supposed teachings have merit, I do not feel bound to them all. I follow the ones that are common to most religions and philosophical systems. Societies have a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn't. Religions reflect their societies, after all.

Turning things around does no harm, but sends a message. No harm is done, but the message is clear. Turnabout is certainly fair play if there is no harm in it.

but seriously, there are two places here that teach the gospel of wealth, as some have started to term it.

So those two would be candidates.

As to the supposed teachings, don't get me started... a lot of people here would think I am attacking their religion if I mention where a lot of those come from. (Yes they can be tracked down in the mythos common upwards of 3K years before the birth and resurrection, which incidentally includes the birth and resurrection.oh that one is actually older.)

Hey the Song of Songs is actually Egyptian and comes almost verbatim from a similar piece that is about 1000 years older. I mention that since it is a magnificent lyrical piece.
