Problem-and you can ask the real combat vets here-his DD-214 shows he was Infantry but never received a combat infantry badge (CIB). That badge is what you get for being shot at and he wasn't. But being a Palin I could think of a few other things that might "harden" him...

I get so sick of people like her abusing what's a very real and devastating Dx for so many only when they're caught being the ones that actually cause it for others. The woman he punched, kicked and caused to hide under the bed will possibly develop it, though I hope not. I can almost guarantee this isn't the first time he's been abusive, it normally takes at the very least a few incidences of violence before a call to police is made. PTSD is a horrible thing that so many abused women are left with and I don't understand why the victims of DV and the very real illnesses they're left with aren't considered more.

That Palin is claiming this, and especially blaming it on Obama, is one of the most pathetic and sickest things I've ever read. I hope her dear baby is locked up long enough to realize he's not the charmed, self-entitled person his mama raised him to be. And that he gets help ... lots of it ..... and his victim never has to see his smarmy self again in her life.

You can bet if it were one of her daughters some sociopath did this to she wouldn't accept any mental illness as an excuse. How sad that she doesn't even seem to have concern for the woman terrorized and abused.
