Well, the President just shut down another one of the

republicans talking points......no prisoner release in the Iran nuclear deal. That man, Barack Obama, and his Secretary of State, John Kerry, are some hardworking men, despite attacks from within. Congratulations to the families who will see their loved ones. (Shhhhhh!! I hear the scrambling of rethug feet meeting about how to negate this.)

your mouth with constant meaningless threats of war and bombings ad nauseum and and quietly going about the job of diplomacy on the world front. This is how responsibly running a country and its foreign policy should and does work.
Thank you Mr. President and Secretary of State Kerry.

going in with a few thousand troops with massive losses on both sides wouldn't be a better way to free those prisoners? That the nuclear deal would be finished would be a plus too.

Peace is way over rated.

I don't know the details but I don't like it, Sam-I-Am.

He's against all prisoner swaps.

He won't comment further until talking points are developed and focus-grouped.

First of all there are only 6 Iranians freed - and their crime was violating the sanctions.

Or consider that Reagan sold weapons (illegally) to Iran to get hostages released and to get funds to buy arms (illegally) for RW Central American thugs (the Contras).

In the Rightwingoverse, if you just keep saying "Obama failed to get any hostages released" over and over again, it becomes true.

Patient and plays the long game, and usually wins.

The rethugs are just too reactionary, short-sighted and stupid to realize it.
