He is addressing the story behind the hammonds. Well, they surrendered to the authorities and are back in Jail. What he should be addressing instead is the current situation at the refuge and what they are planning to do to end it.

That doc was presented over a week ago.

The US DOJ has made no statement on the actual siege so far.
