Ammon Bundy says he went to Oregon because "The Lord was not pleased" and wanted "accountability"

In a YouTube video released Dec. 31, Ammon Bundy says that God directed him to go to Oregon, a state he had never visited before.

"I began to understand how the Lord felt about the Hammonds," Bundy says in the video. "I began to understand how the Lord felt about Harney County and about this country. And I clearly understood that the Lord was not pleased with what was happening to the Hammonds… If we allowed the Hammonds to continue to be punished, there would be accountability."

In another video, also posted Dec. 31, militia member John Ritzheimer bids farewell to his family as he prepares to drive to Oregon, where he says he is "100 percent willing to lay my life down in order to fight tyranny."

Let's be very clear; this is an act of terrorism from religious extremists.

I predict the government will acquiesce to their demands and nobody will do a day in jail, let alone end up in federal prison.

Given reactions on DU, the Bundy Doctrine will apply here as it did with that rank terrorism.

Strange how the Big Guy didn't get very jazzed about it until conservative white men were subject to that law. All those other folks who had to serve mandatory minimums for a rock of crack? God didn't care. But a white man having to serve the full five years for setting a fire to cover up evidence of another crime? To your tents, O Israel!

So when will the media ask how they were radicalized? Were they "normal" and visited some nut right wing preacher and came away radicalized? Will we see quotes from family and friends saying they were fun people until they visited this preacher? Then they acted dark and started talking about the constitution and founding fathers?

Terrorism is defined as violence or the threat of violence to achieve political goals. This group is armed and they have explicitly stated that they will use violence if there is any attempt to remove them from the property.

Would you consider it terrorism if ISIS did the exact same thing?

And...

Ammon, if I were you and thought that the lord was not pleased and wanted accountability, I would be fearful of my life. That and I would wonder why the lord wanted me to go to Oregon to hold me accountable for my past sins.
