7. Me too, they have a zero tolerance policy that always means bullet holes in bodies.

They never think about the life they are taking. That it is the biggest change a human can face and it does not even register with cops. They kick, handcuff and pretend the person they just murdered is still a threat and do so on camera with no shame.

4. That really is part of it. Not sure I like it, but go to a gun show and look at the yahoos

arming up. A bunch of them are "sovereign nation" types, racists, intimidators, etc. But, the police need to learn to handle these things without looking like military action.

8. I think the LA bank robbery in '97 made the cops realize they needed more firepower.

These guys were heavily armed and had bullet proof body armor.
