This Hillary bashing is way beyond the pale however not a surprise. They seem incapable of being anything but hardline partisans trying to score political points only to find that the women they abuse and ridicule take them to the cleaners. This day reminds me of the b.s. they thrust upon Ms. Richards during the sham committee investigating Planned Parenthood. They seem to be experts at propagating lies and slander and making up evidence. Although it will never happen, it is them who should be thoroughly investigated and/or prosecuted.

(765 posts)to happen. As I watch the ridiculous questioning, I feel nothing but rage that this is actually going on. How can this be happening in America? How can the American people stand for this nonsense? We all sit and watch as republicans make a mockery of our entire system, and there's nothing we can do? I'm so sick of them. And yes, they should be prosecuted for this sham, but they won't be. They always get away with these shenanigans, and that's why they do it.
My personal theory is that republicans hate both Clintons more than anyone else in the world because the Clintons are onto them. They know what the GOP is all about and are fully prepared to fight them in a way few others could. Republicans are terrified of Hillary and Bill Clinton. That's why they have attacked them non-stop for 20+ years. Their worst nightmare may come true soon--another Clinton in the WH ready and willing to do battle with them, and they're freaking out. The GOP knows they will lose and America will prosper under a Clinton presidency. There is nothing more terrifying than that to them.
