17. It can be defended as an alternative news source. As a kid in the 60's I listened to Radio Moscow

and Voice of America, BBC and Radio Netherland for my news and stuff. You take it all and juggle the info and you end up pretty well informed. The kids today do the same thing wth all sorts of different news sites. The right wing alternative news is Fox, and Drudge.

No news site is inherently wrong unless it is your only source for information.

When Putin started to take Russia south, he must have given orders to the various Russian media outfits to spew the propaganda necessary to support what he was doing.

RT was always Pro-Russia and had some minor snarkiness towards the US in a lot of broadcasts, but it became completely ridiculous. In the middle of that metamorphosis, Russia passed the anti-gay law and I told them I would no longer do any Russian media (I had done Russian radio as well as RT multiple times) until that law was rescinded.
