Why - House Republicans are refusing to share unedited Planned Parenthood videos with Democrats
"Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz has in his possession right now, a computer hard drive that contains videos produced by David Daleiden, the head of the group that tried to entrap Planned Parenthood," Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-N.Y.) declared from the House floor on Wednesday, interrupting the chamber's debate on legislation expanding the investigation into Planned Parenthood.
Chaffetz, who is running for House Speaker, received a copy of the videos on Sept. 25, and has since declined to share a copy with the Democrats, according to a Democratic committee aide.
Instead, Chaffetz has said he will set up a “viewing room” for Democratic members and staff to view the videos. Republicans have not yet hosted a screening, the aide said, calling the move a "direct violation" of the Democrats' recent subpoena of Daleiden's unedited footage

Republicans, step up and give copies of the videos to the Democratic committee members. After all, they are legitimate members of the committee!

(borrowed from the Nixon support team) "They might be misinterpreted." (Abu Ghraib management) Maybe it's time to indict Chaffetz as a co-conspirator.
* The video footage that chaffetz is HIDING have NEVER been released!!! He took the 5th to try and BLOCKED them from being RELEASED!!! This is the problem where Baggers "think" that the "unedited" videos are on youtube, but the reality is that those are simply less EDITED videos of the EDITED videos!! NOW the TRUTH comes out after chaffetz is finally FORCED to show what HE has ALREADY seen!!
* Too funny. Republicans are hiding the unedited versions. We know why. If the unedited hidden videos confirmed the originals, the videos would be out by now. It is very clear that all the fuss over PP was about a bunch of LYING EDITED videos and that when the truth comes out, the public will see that republicans were either too dumb to understand the videos were edited or deliberately falsifying their "outrage" (see Carly Fiorina). When they film them without people knowing and then edit them, these liars can get anything to sound bad. Bottom line: the videos are lies and republicans don't want to look at the evidence that proves it. Why are the anti-abortion people so willing to LIE in order to try and prove their point? Why do the anti-abortion people want to have total government control over a woman's body? Why are the anti-abortion people also for the death penalty and against gun control, if they are actually concerned about human lives?
* Thank you for acknowledging what everybody already knows, and that is that the "Christian" right is far more concerned with the splinter in their neighbor's eye while ignoring the log in their own.
