7. Yeah Trump killed the USFL
He bought the Generals and then strong armed the league to go head to head with the NFL in the fall. Itsth gonna be HOOOG! GREAT!
USFL ratings were good. If they had only stayed to spring games they would have eventually merged into the NFL or been raking it in now that football is a year round sport. HOOOG mistake by Trump. |

5. Pfft, I'm waiting for Dennis Rodman to step up to the mike...
but I suspect The Donald is paying the cash strapped Rodman handsomely to keep his yapper zippered.

Why on earth would I look to a professional athlete to see who they are supporting in politics???/

8. I gave Herschel Walker's endorsement as much weight as David Duke's.
They both are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, and they both illustrate quite well the level of intellect of supporters of The Donald.

13. He was involved, and OWNED the Generals, IIRC.
I expect Vince McMahon to be the next D-lister to endorse Il Douche.

He's a football player -- more to the point, a FORMER football player. So what?
