Meanwhile, in other news from other parts of the planet:

Police in Austria say three Syrian children and their families who were rescued from a minivan containing 26 migrants have disappeared from the hospital where they were being treated.

The children were taken to hospital in the town of Braunau am Inn on Friday suffering from severe dehydration.

Their discovery came a day after police found 71 bodies, thought to be people fleeing Syria, in a lorry in Austria.

Meanwhile the EU has announced urgent talks on the escalating migrant crisis. snip

Austrian authorities have arrested five suspected people smugglers as part of an operation to check vehicles entering along the country's eastern borders.

Over 200 migrants were recovered from vehicles overnight, Austria's top policeman Konrad Kogler said.

The change follows the discovery of 71 dead migrants in a truck on Thursday.

Meanwhile France's prime minister has warned that Europe's migrant crisis will be a long and difficult challenge and called for co-operation. Snip

One hundred national guardsmen protecting the Ukrainian parliament were wounded, 10 seriously, after MPs gave initial backing to reforms for more autonomy in the rebel-held east.

As police were pelted with fire crackers and petrol bombs, an explosion was heard in front of parliament.

MPs had just voted in a rowdy session to approve more powers in areas of Donetsk and Luhansk under control of pro-Russian rebels.

A fragile ceasefire is in place.

1. Thank you. The navel-gazing American media is worse than useless for providing any kind of news.

Folks should by default consider any American major media news source to be for entertainment purposes only.

After AP purposely cut out major portions of a public written nuclear agreement on a facility in Iran so as to deceive as to the documents true meaning and intent on nuclear inspections, all just to assist the American war Hawks of the Bush era...well, folks really have to gotten the big picture with American media now...right? And certainly after the media's inexplicable mountains of free positive advertising for a birther/candidate to rule the nation and it's awesome military?

There is also daily major news effecting the entire Middle East out of Yemen...the Korean peace accord is truly historic...there are historical embassy openings happening all around the world.

And America IS great, great among the news of the world for bringing Iran back into the world fold.

There is much much news about lots of important stuff that is unknown about in media controlled America.

From DU because it's all Trump vs Hilary vs Bernie most of the time. I don't care for the infighting and lack of breadth of real news discussion.
