I see a lot of posters mentioning lips but for me its his eyes.

Scott Walker is another one that creeps me out - he honestly just looks stupid. Same thing with the eyes - this time night squinty but always looks a little cross-eyed. Like even his eyes are too stupid to figure out to where to look.

A lot of the other Republicans at least can kinda look presidential...but Cruz and Walker just look like rejects from a failed genetic experiment.
