5. Yes, it is much safer, but may not save your life in the long run, but it could identify your

attackers and shed clues as to what happened to you. Could also be used as evidence of police harassment and even auto accidents!

7. Yes that would be an excellent addition to it! Hell, my Logitech Web Cam with motion sensors

can stay on at my house, and if someone breaks into my house, it will send time-stamped pictures and/or video to my smart phone so I can call the police.

8. They can record *anything* by sight, sound or motion. I saw one that had a 270 degree

recording radius. Let the police know that they are being policed themselves and maybe they will start to get their acts together some.

It could be important to start your conversation with the police with the statement; "this conversation is being recorded".

12. Would that not fall under the "public Figures in public places with no reasonable expectation of

privacy"? I know Many States only require the consent of one person, while other States require the consent of both when it comes to *private parties" involved, but I'm pretty sure that Public Officials in public places CAN be recorded. Then again, I'm no lawyer...
