Baby rhino tries to adopt a Jeep after poachers kill mother (people help him, he is safe now)
In the world's saddest rendition of 'Are You My Mother?', a baby rhino in Africa was found rubbing against a Jeep after poachers killed his mother.

The vet tranquilized the rhino, who was then transported to Kruger National Park in South Africa. He's now settling into his new home there and has since been dubbed Donnie. ____ Orphaned baby rhino thinks this jeep is his new mum – all the tears This is Donnie, he’s a baby rhino and his mum was killed by poachers. Now an orphan, Donnie is pretty lonely. These heart-breaking images show the rhino siddling up to a jeep that he wants to be his new mum. :^( Donnie tried to rub his body on the side of the vehicle in the hope his affection would be reciprocated. But put those tissues away because Donnie did get a happy ending. His was found at the roadside and taken to Kruger National Park in South Africa. Debbie English revealed her dad acted the hero to save Donnie’s life, she wrote: ‘This little guy lost his mom and wandered all the way to the tourist road. Then adopted the cars as his mommy…how heart wrenching?’ Although the trip was a little more complicated than first imagined. ‘My father and the veterinarian managed to tranquilize the poor little thing and fly him to his new home… but not without any hiccups along the way. The pilot had to make an emergency landing after this little guy flat-lined.’ Ms English added: ‘After 3 minutes of resuscitation and trying everything to save him… everyone involved was amazed (some with tear filled eyes) when he gasped for air and his little heart started up again. ‘After a rough ride he finally made it to his new home where he probably had a good snooze and is now hopefully settled in.’ Read more: http://metro.co.uk/2015/08/08/orphaned-baby-rhino-thinks-this-jeep-is-his-new-mum-all-the-tears-5332358/#ixzz3iRVCDbiB
