Russian company making Apple watch featuring Putin, Lenin for $3000

Over-the-top nationalistic pride has never looked sleeker. Russian jewelry company Caviar — you may remember them from a previous line of gold Putin iPhone cases — has recently launched a ridiculous limited-edition collection of custom, politically-themed Apple Watches that honor the current Russian President Vladimir Putin, Lenin and Peter the Great. The collection is titled Apple Watch Epoca, and the irony is unbearable.

The watches cost the equivalent of £2,000 (around $3,100) each and have custom historically-relevant engravings (need I say more? Perhaps I should):

The Putin-themed watch features an engraving of the Moscow skyline, the state symbol and Putin's signature.

why don't you tell us what motivates you to push anti-democratic themes, what makes you link to websites run by fascists and Hezbollah terrorists, and why you think your avowed despising of the USA is in any way congruent with a site devoted to democracy in America? ( http://www.democraticunderground.com/10141021154#post21)

Is it all just a bored game to you? Or what? Do you just get your jollies seeing how far you can go in hinting at espousing fascism in polite company? Or do you just kind of hate on America as a proxy for something else in your life?

It seems a weird, childish game--to joke about yourself as a troll, while you act like one. What's the point?

On edit, forget it. Not interested in this passive-aggressive Internet thing. Just putting you on ignore. Won't see your posts
