In decades of watching politics I never saw a news station execute a political hit on one candidate.

First Brett Baier suggests Donald Trump is a spoiler, then Megyn Kelly suggests he's a misogynist, and then Chris Wallace asks him about his bankruptcies. And then the coup de grace when Frank Luntz's panel says he sucks.

Wonder if they realize that if they succeed in knocking him out of the GOP race, he very well may go independent.
They might want to be careful what they wish for, they may get it.

It's like the horror movie where the more weapons are directed at the monster, the stronger it gets.

Dr. Frankenstein's monster has left the laboratory.

I think it shows a little bit of mind control overreach. I can't wait to see Trump shoot up some more points in the polls

I've seen them do a number on many individual candidates, most of them Democrats. Trump is an outlier, and he makes the rest of the GOP field look like wimps. So, off with his head and comb-over.

"News station" - that's funny.

One can argue that Trump is a bully so it's poetic justice. But it his incumbent on his opponents to cut him down to size, not an entire news organization.

He said that he had been on Megyn Kelly's show and found her intelligent and (when he was on) fair.

Which means in the case of the "debate," she did as she was told. Par for the course on Fox Noise. Say what Ailes tells you to say, and you keep your well-paid job. It appears she didn't do anything to endanger her job security last night.

Fox's strategy is showing but it's pretty doubtful
Republican suckers are gonna suddenly wake up
and realize they've been manipulated all along.

Howard Dean's scream on an endless loop, the first question to Dennis Kucinich in a debate to explain his UFO sighting while with Shirley McLaine, the first debate question to Dukakis about desiring the death penalty for having his family raped by some Willie Horton-like boogeyman. Just a few that come to mind. Oh, and Fox's daily take on anything Democrat for its entire existence.

The GOP is dead. We just need to kick it out the door but it's holding onto the carpet for dear life.

advertising time by letting their ads be covered as a "news" story, was as bad as it gets. I remember these ads playing over and over on CNN and other networks as news stories, which meant they were NOT paying for it as a political ad. Then the illustrious news media thought it clever to bring the swift boat clowns on as many interview shows to spew their bullshit unchallenged.

What the MSM did with regard to the "Howard Dean yell", is another example of the MSM doing a political hit on one candidate.

There are many more instances I can name also
