With cell phone and broadband access.

I have barely sufficient cell access here, and zero broadband. No cable here, either.

AFAIK, the Northern European counties are tops in this regard.

and only 76 million above the age of 14, and only 66.5 million between the ages of 14 and 65.

To estimate the number of mobile phone users at 105 million and internet users at 65.1 million, I would assume they are including pets and hedgehogs.

At any rate, it gives me some doubt about the CIA factbook numbers. No word at the site about how they derived them.

Even granting them that, we're still not in the ballpark of what's reasonable, or even possible.
