1. I guess Ailes and Trump aren't best of buds

or maybe orders have been given by the Saudi co owners. Who knows?

It's obvious the party bosses are as allergic to Trump as the Democratic party bosses are to Sanders.

2. Trump is headed to Phoenix next.

His Vegas appearance is just a warm up.

I have never seen anything like it. And the latest poll has him leading all Republicans.

He may be the purest, least deceptive Republican I have ever dreamed of!

Pease oh please be the face of the Republican Party in 2016.

3. My guess would be that he is making their normal constituents nervous and furious.

Fox is Republican and conservative, not buffoons (one exception) but even he has decorum. Trump is an idiot flinging his money and his notoriety and his reflexionless ego at every chance.

He has hijacked the Republican Party like white on rice. No surprise they and Fox don't like him.

Another guess is that MSNBC is amping up the Jackass Meter until, like Stephen Colbert and the Republicans, Trump sees that he is being used as the village clown and a charade. I'm sure Rachel is trying hard to get an interview.
