So will we start to see Gov. stimulus money in Europe now? If so how soon?

Any experts on what we should expect to see happen in Europe in the next few months? Will stimulus in Europe impact our economy and trade right away and help create jobs here?

We'll see, but I don't think there's much cash hanging around 'over there' at the moment. elleng May 2012 #2

With the new Socialist leader of France promising to balance the budget... they don't seem to be learning over there. There will probably be a reduction of the austerity movement, but I'd guess only back to previous levels. Nothing dramatic.

On the other hand, China's economy is cooling off and as this all plays out will probably see more aggressive stimulus than in Europe.

Just my thoughts/guesses.

First, DELETE austerity.

As to jobs here, in the foreseeable future, imo its got to be U.S. stimulus. If we get THAT much, and if Europe were to follow, we'd all be heading in the right direction. Holding breath/Not betting.

But I don't see the countries in desperate circumstances having the cash flow to spend. And I'm sure Germany isn't going to fund it for them.
