You could also send a note to one of the admins by clicking the Contact link at the bottom of every page, or ask in ATA, and while they might not answer, they will read your note. So there are ways to get your point across and still live to fight another day.

insults, offensive language, violations of the TOS that YOU AGREED TO when you joined . . . . now those are a different story and can get your posts hidden, threads locked or worse. Being "always nice" when someone has a question does not forgive these transgressions - nor should it.
