Has anyone else noticed that Romney is constantly smacking his lips?

Between almost every sentence, he smacks his lips-makes that annoying sound. I can't stand him-and this adds to it. I know it's trivial, but I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed it.

It's a play for extra attention and denotes a shallowness, IMO. "Look at me even though I am boring your pants off." (Lip-Smack) Keep looking at me! (Smack) I know I'm not saying anything important, but keep looking." I also never met anyone personally with this tic who didn't try to deceive me in some way. I hadn't noticed it on Mitt, but I tune out irrelevance pretty easily.

the Nixon vs Kennedy debate proves this. Those who listened to the debate on the Radio, gave it to Nixon. Those who watched the debate on television, said Kennedy won hands down.

That is why Romney bugs us. He knows the lesson of Nixon vs Kennedy very well. Why he is taking the time to show "his human side"

Body language is extremely important. All of us use it naturally. It's a dimension of human communication, very natural, very powerful.

I had noted when he is reading via teleprompter he doesn't smack his lips, so it must be when he is speaking off the cuff...a nervous reaction. Probably like his laugh. He probably has no idea he does it until now.

The media is catching on. and they find it odd...Body Language is very important.

I am serious when I say I have not seen a human side to Romney. There is something odd about him and yet I have been unable to figure out
just what it is.

Whatever it is, it makes me uncomfortable to hear or watch him on TV. It is like he is out of sync or something and not in a good way.

He doesn't seem to have human emotion. He pretends to laugh at times (and mostly at inappropriate times) and he moves like a robot, too.

He was built in the future by some kind of fucked up Republican Gepetto to be his own personal President. I dread to think of what gets bigger when he lies.

he was built in the past which is why he has so many outdated views and positions (now). He wasn't programmed properly to show emotion, sympathy, or empathy which has been proven since the days he assaulted gay fellow students to the days he put his dog on the roof of his car.

appears to be based around a past so distant that it actually pre-dates the USA's inception. It stands to reason that the Republican of the future is even more regressive.

when he would pause and go "mmm" or "unh", or when he would hunch forward on the podium and pan the room with his head while bobbing it up and down.

But Romney's drooling or whatever it is that causes him to lip smack is annoying.

How he walks as if his shoes are two sized too small. Short and quick stubby little steps. And when he stops walking he stands with his feet close together, and looks almost as if he's clicking his heels and bowing a bit, kind of like a head bob.
