as Bain was probably involved, in one way or another, in 'reorganizations' of a lot of companies. And the numbers you're looking for would be 'debatable,' as in, what's lost? What's created? And why did it happen?

about the number of jobs he created as an officer in Bain. We can see the real numbers in Mass. but wanted to see if there was any way to get the other stats. for Bain.

The answer is it is too hard to calculate and would take unknowable variables (variables which would modify the answer). At least that is what everyone says when they are asked. I don't know if that is true or they just won't like the answer.

counting.
They are taking credit for Staples success, even though most of it came after Bain was no longer involved. And the jobs that Staples has are nit good paying jobs, but mostly low paying retail jobs.
Much of their positive numbers came from Staples, IIRC.
