Ignorance or Arrogance or Both? Dubya Criticizes Obama on Anti-Terrorism

Former President George W. Bush reportedly delivered his toughest public criticisms of President Barack Obama at a closed-door meeting in Las Vegas Saturday night.

The former commander-in-chief, who has been reluctant to criticize Obama since leaving the White House, said he feared his successor is naïve about Iran and may be putting the United States in a position of retreat around the world, Bloomberg News reported.

According to Bush, Obama’s plan to lift sanctions on Iran – with the caveat that they can be reinstated at any time – is not reasonable. He also thinks that the controversial deal could have long-term negative repercussions for U.S. national security and the stability of the region.

“You think the Middle East is chaotic now? Imagine what it looks like for our grandchildren,” he said. “That’s how Americans should view the deal.”

Bloomberg View, the editorial division of the news agency, obtained a transcript of Bush’s remarks to donors at the Republican Jewish Coalition session at the Venetian Hotel.

He fell of his bicycle and messed up his face. He did a face plant and got a massive rug burn after "choking on a pretzel."

He wore his wounds like a badge of honor.

"Obama’s plan to lift sanctions on Iran – with the caveat that they can be reinstated at any time – is not reasonable."

This, from a guy that thought our military could take over a country of 25 million people with 30,000 troops, and we would be greeted with flowers and candy.

This, from a guy that ignored a multitude of warnings about an attack and blew off a 'hair on fire' warning by saying "well, you've covered your ass."

And HE thinks "the controversial deal could have long-term negative repercussions for U.S. national security"?

It is taught in Republican 101.

Bush caused chaos in the middle east, so he claims Obama did that.

They pull this shit all the time.
