Seth Meyers Calls Out Clinton Cash Author’s Anti-Hillary ‘Bias’

by Matt Wilstein
April 24th, 2015

As the controversy sparked by Peter Schweizer’s new book, Clinton Cash continues to build this week, Seth Meyers decided he would break down the story for his Late Night audience on Thursday night’s show.

“When a new anti-Clinton book comes out, certain people get very excited,” Meyers said. “To put it in Game of Thrones terms, Republicans are treating this book like ‘summer is coming.’”

Noting that Schweizer worked in the George W. Bush administration, was an adviser to Sarah Palin and previously wrote a book with the actual title, Makers and Takers: Why conservatives work harder, feel happier, have closer families, take fewer drugs, give more generously, value honesty more, are less materialistic and envious, whine less… and even hug their children more than liberals, Meyers said, “clearly it’s hard to tell if he has any bias.”

The media mentions the book and his accusations, but doesn't bother to explain that this guy worked for Bush and advised Palin.

People like Meyers, Stewart and Colbert, reach a wide audience. An audience that can't be bothered to find out the details of what's reported in the media and just read the headlines, and therefore are bound to believe whatever the MSM spews.
