Anti Hillary rant at my auto mechanic's shop today.

Local family owned and operated garage I've dealt with for years.
Honest and reliable.
Picking up our car from some routine servicing.

I'm at the cashier's desk to pay.
He walks up.
Delivering some auto parts.
Fiftyish?
Little Van Dyke beard.

There's a little problem pulling up my account/credit card on their computer.
It'll take a few minutes.
I tell him "You go ahead. You're working."
He says "Naw, that's OK. I'm late anyway. I'm used to waiting."

As I'm settling my account...
"That Hillary Clinton. She's a criminal. She should be in jail. That thing she did in Viet Nam or wherever it was. That was criminal. I was never in the military or anything, but what she did killed our troops."
He may have confused her with Jane Fonda?

I looked at him and said nothing.
You can't argue with Limbaugh Fox News nuts. It's a waste of time.
I finished my transaction and turned to walk away.
Then he said "I have some of my best conversations with myself."
"Yeah, I bet you do."

I'm going to have my people look into this.

UPDATE:

OK, there's an article that came out titled "Hillary's Vietnam", which seems to blame dead bodies off Libya and beheadings and such on SOS Clinton.

Maybe that's what this was about.

Googleoogled it: https://www.google.com/search?q=hillary+vietnam&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Teddy Kennedy is dead now. What will the right do when Jane Fonda is gone?

I stopped to chat with the business owner for a few minutes on the way out.
He said "Sorry about that."
I said "No problem."

Dayum, I'm "50ish", and I remember Vietnam quite well.

Even had a POW bracelet. (No, he didn't come back).

I always get a kick out of seemingly intelligent people who are afraid of their sons and daughters being exposed to the horrors of a College Educations especially in those "dead-end liberal humanities courses". Yes might challenge their long held fairy-tales and teach them how to think on their own

The wing nuts are at a low boil, have been simmering for some time now. I sat at a bar today and listened to such a rant about HRC. Just kept my mouth shut because you can't argue with rage and hatred. Why is it that wing nuts think everyone wants to hear their shit? Back when bush/Cheney were fucking up the universe, I wouldn't have dreamt of sitting at a public bar and foisting my politics upon other people. But they can't seem to stop themselves. I think maybe they do it out of desperation. Like they want to try and influence others to their cause.

If it helps, realize that the effects of his most recent brainwashing may have been wearing off, and you didn't reinforce the treatment.
