Without doing a single thing, Allen Duray Green is at the center of a controversy at the Fannin County Courthouse. But for him, it's more than just controversy, it's a personal attack.
"It hurts. It still hurts right now," Green says. "It's a subject that my grandfather, my great-grandfather had to deal with. Not me."
*snip*
"That's when the two investigators popped off, the 'N-word, Ray.'"
A lieutenant was first to identify Green as "N Ray", then a second deputy confirmed the nickname to the judge, also calling him "N Ray," according to multiple witnesses.
*snip*
But Green denies having a street name. He says no one has ever called him by the name

Now... Let's review Rays record! I don't necessarily agree with the "N" word being used here. But I do believe people should know the real Ray. Despite his skin color rather it be blue black green pink or white... Ray is a conartist!! Ray sold his truck to someone very close to me for a a lot of money. Upon Ray collecting the money for the sale of his truck..Ray asked to keep the truck for a few days and that he would later return the truck with a clear title. Ray never delivered a clear title... Never delivered the truck and of course never returned the money. Leaving a honest and hard working man empty handed. Ray to this day dodges this man clearly knowing he conned him. So Ray ... What would your father grandfather and great grandfather think of this. I wander does being a conartist hurt as much as playing the victim of racism? Well here's a few words I hope brings those tears back up to him... Ray is worthless pile of shit who is making an excuse or rather an attempt to collect his five minute cry of racism and I'm sure hoping for a few more easy bucks without doing a lick of any honest hard work. So where are those tears now Ray the conartist!

(4,459 posts)... or was the poster quoting the judge in the case? I can't tell from your quote. Odd thing to say in either event.

(65,616 posts)They just cannot STAND it when racism is so obvious, it is painful to read about. Poor Green, I bet those white assholes were grinning the entire time they were humiliating him in public court.
The southern states seem to be going crazy with the racism lately, overtly and with great malice. As if there is a race war going on and they are hellbent on starting it.
