whenever he needed more money. It never went on budget until Obama was elected and he put it into the budget. Another reason the deficit was extremely high which gave the republicans a reason to scream louder about the deficit...that they caused.

a strong word but how many iraqis have died now and for what?
would consider what is happening to the elderly and disabled in my community a kind of genocide too. imo.
