is akin to a business refusing to bake a cake for a LGBT person.
I keep seeing this bullshit on TV and am amazed not one journalist has a retort to this fallacious argument.
First off a business can refuse any business it would like to. What they can't do is refuse business based upon race, sex, religion etc.
The KKK is not a race, a protected sex, or a religion, so the analogy falls flat on its face.
When you hear the idiots on TV spouting this utter bullshit know what they are really saying. LGBT are not protected by law in Indiana, therefore it is not discrimination.
That is what Pence and his supporters et al, are telling you.
