Time to Declare War

I've had it with the GOP and the lengths they will and are going to destroy America. There's no reasoning with them; there's no compromising with them. That leaves only one option: WAR! They want to be an enemy to America and its citizens then so be it. It is time for the people of this country to stand up with one voice and say ENOUGH! If they want a war (and it seems that is all they can call for these days), then I say let's give them what they want just not where they want it. Stop patronizing their businesses, stop deferring to them and stop voting for them! Point them out and ridicule them; they want to be an enemy to this country, treat them as such. Don't dare tell me we should seek to reason with them because they are beyond all reason. I've had enough!

After reading them long enough, you can pick up on their posting style, even the use, misuse and misspelling of certain words and phrases. I won't even get started on the head "Cave dweller" and the irony of him calling us "primatives"...

almost a year before I got banned. I firmly believe there are some posting here so I will politely disagree with you about them not having accounts with more than a few posts. The trick is to stay out of the supercharged hot topics so you don't lose your cool on them, and just skirt around the mundane topics with some generic reply to build up post counts.

I've seen posters here with over 10,000 - 20,000 posts, but do a search and half of them are "K&R" or "+1"!

But, they came to realize that they cannot handle opposition with brains. So, they lay in the weeds lobbing turd bombs over the fence and ban anyone who dares openly oppose them at their site. The vast majority of that group are ridiculous knuckledraggers with little brain power. A few exceptions, but you can count them on one hand.

Basically, the cave (specifically the DUmp) is a site for people with absolutely no life who make themselves feel better by belittling people who cannot fight back. Spineless assholes.

The latest super offensive (ie actions taken by the offensive people) began when the President crossed a certain brown threshold.
Nixon committing treason in response to LBJ's liberal policies, Reagan committing treason to beat Carter both were covert actions.
Both administrations vomited a lot of criminals.
Bush II did everything he could to subvert the very government he wasn't elected to but awarded.

And the republicans, in their entirety, have done everything they could to disrupt, discredit and steal anything from the lawfully elected President they could; because of the color of his skin.

The entire republican party and a signification portion of the Democratic Party are merely the public face of the ultra-rich, who are anxious to replace the nobility of old Europe with themselves. Exchanging ruling by the divine right of kings, to ruling by the sublime right of money.

On the flip side, nice to see your passion.
Welcome to DU.

What many don't understand is that the hate and bigotry that is readily demonstrated at Free Republic is an easy trap to fall into. It has to be actively avoided, even by our side of the ideological aisle.

Once you fall into the trap, there is no difference between the sides.

I don't care what someone's religion is. And when I hire people to do work, I don't ask.

OTOH -- when they shove it in my face, I know it's not going to be a good working relationship. I don't know about where you live, but around here, it's not uncommon for people to put a little "Jesus fish" in their ads. I don't know why they do that, but I interpret it as they only want business from Christians, and I oblige them.

I did business with a "Christian" real estate person about 20 years ago and he ripped me off big time -- to the point where I was considering suing him. Of course, I should have been alerted by the fact that his office wall had pictures of him with Richard Nixon.
