One would think encouraging doctors & med staff to return to a state that needs such professionals, esp in rural areas, would be a benefit.

I might need foot surgery and will fly to Cali rather than take my chances. My cousin had to fly to Seattle to get his kidney/pancreas transplant. Stupid stupid stupid. It's like how women have to leave state to get a safe abortion down south... Ignorant and stupid and hateful and I still think they want us to die.
