We need to restrict for-profit schools that really aren't preparing students for anything other than dealing with a mountain of debt. I would not want to see tax money going to fund some of these ripoff schools.

I don't expect Congress to do anything, but they should. Everyone deserves an education without having to mortgage their future. Tuition at good/decent schools has increased beyond what most people can afford, even if they try to work and go to school. Even local technical/vocational school tuition has increased beyond what's affordable for most.
