is a good idea. He lost his re-election to Ronald Reagan, the economy was horrible with interest rates sky high and a housing market in the toilet, and he was viewed as a milquetoast.

Eisenhower "exploited" his defeat of Hitler including images of D-Day in his 1956 campaign. And rightfully so.
Obama should also be allowed to brag about his ability to coordinate and lead a great victory over Al Qaeda that not only got bin Laden but garnered intelligence that has allowed the U.S. to put a major hurt on an entire terrorist organization and their major and secondary leaders. I don't quite get why discussing the death of bin Laden should be considered taboo in a political ad.
