I am NO fan of Clintons, as anyone who has been here in the last decade could tell you, but, I do recognize when the scandal industry cranks up to push a narrative that they ignore when Bushes are involved.

PS - I have heard complaints about the computer systems at most every gov agency for the last 2 decades.

I base my view, partially, with the knowledge of how lacking in speed and efficiency the systems have been, historically.

Gore spent some time updating the systems when he was VP. Continual updating was not a priority in Bush WH.
