In a television interview, the legendary investor and Berkshire Hathaway CEO said that President Obama’s Keystone oil pipeline veto was a mistake.

8. Ya. Strip mining tar sands is probably more favorable with those that see a profit in it.

For those that see the open cuts that will possibly cover an area as large Florida, the tailing ponds, and the spills from other tar sand slurry pipelines not so much....

3. First, Obama did not veto Keystone, he vetoed Congress' attempt to override his authority.

Second - so - no matter what the environmental concerns, Buffet thinks of Keystone merely as some sort of party favor.
Makes me wonder how much any politician he gives money and support to will have to do his bidding.
