just a couple of nights after the WTC towers went down. There were several emergency workers on
the stage with him standing there in silence. It was a memorable and a moving performance.

His heaped praise on Giulliani prove him correct in doubting his own judgement.

NOT Dave's fault...thought he had found a " leader " to get he city off the canvas....he was wrong. He had found a blowhard who decided to take advantage of a moment of grogginess , to torture he metaphore, to paint himself as savior of the city and remind everyone of that 24/7/365.
