Far-Right Conservatives Invent New Language

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve been having trouble figuring out what many conservatives are saying lately. In one breath they tell me President Obama is a Muslim. The next moment they nod grimly and warn: “He’s a communist.” Occasionally, they insists that he’s both at once; and on the nutty fringes it’s not hard to find those who say the president is a Nazi, a communist, a socialist, a fascist and the Antichrist all wrapped up in one.

My confusion only deepened when Rep. Allen West, a Florida Republican, was asked at a recent town hall meeting how many “card-carrying Marxists” he thought there were in Congress.

(snip)

You could call the president or any liberal a communist, a curmudgeon, or a cucumber. It wouldn’t make an ounce of difference.

I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO ACT and started trying to put together a new right-wing lexicon. Here’s what I have so far:

"homosexualist". Apparently adding "-ist" to any word exponentiates its "evil".

Certain fundie leaders have been banging on obsessively about statism, and now that's starting to be a trendy buzzword among conservatives generally.

Only in America do we take the least educated, least motivated segment of society and let them have a bible and a gun. Those who are even less educated and less motivated for some inexplicable reason hand what little brains and money they have over to them.

The rapcha can't happen soon enough. The rest of us will be glad rid of that nasty, hateful, insufferable lot.

My favorite:

Bush tax cuts: magic legislation guaranteed to create jobs; passed in June 2001 when unemployment stood at 4.5%. Additional cuts in May 2003. Still in effect when U. S. economy crashed in 2008; still in effect in October 2009 when unemployment hit 10%. Cannot be repealed under any circumstances because this will cause a rise in unemployment.

Fear is the tool to keep people in line and in the cult..
for instance in a religious cult the Anti Christ is the boogie man...so all you need to do is establish that communism is godless...and you do that by calling it godless communism...and then to prevent outsiders from taking your cult followers away from you you call them godless communist....by saying for instance The communist Saul Alinsky...then tie him to Obama...say is following the communist Saul Alinsky's play book....now you have made Obama a godless communist and probably the anti Christ.
And it seems that you only need to repeat it no more than three times and it becomes a fact in the mind of the cult followers.

We tend to think they are stupid....and the followers may be...but the leaders are not stupid....just ruthless and sociopathic and seek to control...an there is no surer way to do that than this.
But it does require a lack of critical thinking skills....and that is why they have been attacking education sense the John Birchers did it in the 60s

liberal media: any media network that isn't Fox News.
reverse discrimination: advocating equal rights for minorities, gays, and women.
elitist: anyone who has been subject to the "liberal indoctrination" of college.
constitution: a document that should never be updated and should be continued to be fully applied today, despite being over 200 years old.
class warfare: shedding light on the flaws of capitalism.

because it's far better than admitting the real reason, and we all know what that is.
