Kaplan has the top credit on that film, so I assume that is who you mean. Reynolds is credited with the story, Kaplan with story and screenplay.....
I'm a huge fan of naming people we are crediting with good work.....

The head of CBS said the super pacs are good for CBS.

As with this graphic, illustrating how little local news is on the "local news". Only 22 seconds per half hour looked at issues like transportation, education, etc.
