Romney: Listen up my friendly classmates, prices will be up before we get back. Buy into my plan now at the target price and you will avoid unearned income and taxes along with it.

I will claim the loss on my return by purchasing below our contract price as a business expense.

Its a win-win, but its still a cash deal.
