Now would be a really good time to abandon Broken Windows policing in NYC

And for the mayor to issue an executive order to the NYPD to only concern themselves with real, violent criminals.

Instead of harassing poor and/or minorities who can't afford to pay fines and/or bail, go after the suits on Wall Street, who do have the money to cough up.

If he'd really wanted to get rid of stop and frisk and broken windows, Bratton wasn't the guy to choose.

and reduced the crime rate in NYC enormously.

You can still do Broken Windows policing but end stop and frisk and racial profiling.
