Cop tries to kill woman's dog, misses, kills her instead
An Iowa cop shot and killed a 34-year-old woman in front of her husband and four-year-old son. Witnesses say he was aiming for the family dog, which startled him as he was trying to break up an argument between the couple.
[...] According to witnesses speaking to local newspaper The Hawk Eye, Hill was trying to break up an argument between the couple when their German Shepherd approached, startling him to the point that he fell down in the snow and kept on shooting, hitting Steele in the process. “The dog startled the officer. The officer began shooting at the dog. The officer was still shooting when he fell down in the snow,” one bystander told The Hawk Eye. “It appeared he was shooting at the dog when [the officer] fell to the ground,” another witness told the paper. “It’s my belief the woman was shot accidentally.” http://rt.com/usa/220807-cop-shoots-woman-dog/ Another fucking would be dog killer cop joins the innocent person killing cop club. Four year old child present as well.

3. After unholstering a gun there is no such thing as an accident,
it is either a rightful shooting, a wrongful shooting or negligence

8. My blood was starting to boil with how many times that article
was trying to play "the accident" card.
Accident doesn't apply if what you were doing was stupid. |

6. The officer was bitten
Don't know if that justifies the shooting, but what should an officer do when attacked by a large dog?

7. This is why police should
have machine guns. That way he could have moved everybody down, including the witness.

11. So gun education and training doesn't really prevent accidents?
Imagine what would happen if we put guns in the hands of ordinary citizens and children. Oh, wait....
