Want to Live Longer? Eat Whole Grain Foods, Suggests New Harvard Study

A new Harvard research has revealed that eating whole grain foods such as porridge may increase longevity.

Many dieticians and healthcare professionals recommend consuming whole grain food items to keep healthy and stay away from various medical conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular diseases. However, researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, suggest that there is a link between eating whole grain foods and living long.

It is VERY good for you. I haven't eaten any unhealthy fried food in years.

Sugar, breading and cheap vegetable oil are what makes deep frying unhealthy.

I was raised with parents that believed in Adele Davis. Yeah I know that's a bad word today, but proof in the pudding goes a long way. I've 3 very healthy kids in their 40's now, my husband near 80 and me near 70.
So say what you will, she worked for this family.
